Love it!!! It was super strange getting here, as it was an area we are not familiar but once we pulled in the parking lot... We were super intrigued and totally invested. The restaurant is part of a train - food truck style? If that makes sense haha and Katsu completely calls out for you with their set up and signage. When we got there the staff was super nice, asking if we were first timers haha and took their time to explain the menu and give suggestions. We met really nice ppl there that shared their enthusiasm for the food and their to-go options to eat. They had some wings and shared with us as we waited - wet lemon pepper - an asian inspired flavor- and fruity pebbles!! Isn't that crazy?? It was surprisingly good 😂🩷 We got the El guapo sandwich and the Bang bang bowl. Will come here again and try out more things.

Had the burger, chicken sliders, and the OG. The burger was delicious, the chicken sandwiches were good. The chicken was crispy but a little dry. The sauce helped. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Food truck style, plenty of outdoor seating, seating inside for about 5 ppl.

Really solid spot. The menu is huge and super creative, which I love. Everything we tried had great flavor and the portions were on point. I also love how they’re set up inside a train cart.. such a cool concept. The location and ambiance are amazing too. Service was insanely good. I’ll definitely keep coming back. Only thing—I wish they had the OG katsu curry with rice and an egg, but they said it’s a winter item. I’m sure it’ll be fire when it’s back.

What a hidden gem!!! We’ll definitely be back. With the sliders you can mix and match, allowing you to pick the ones where the ingredients are catching your eye. I don’t even remember the names of my sliders, the Japanese cucumbers were the perfect bite on mine though. Filled with flavor. Excellent quality chicken. We also ordered the fries with a unique salt. Lastly added a banana pudding as it’s one of my favorite desserts. Homemade and delicious. We’ll be back! They were very friendly and helpful with our questions!! We’ll be back, my husband is ready for the DNA challenge.

I definitely enjoyed the cuisine from here. The flavor profile is amazing packed with Asian inspired fusions. The price is a little higher than most places. You could be given more food for what we paid for. As far as the atmosphere, everything is outdoors so you will encounter flies and other outdoor elements so be prepared. All and all , it was a great experience. I definitely recommend this place to have a taste for some amazing Asian fusion cuisine.
